Contact ABDLCircle Staff
Need help, have a concern, or just confused about how something works? Here’s how to reach a real squishy human behind the scenes.
Support Tickets (Preferred)
Inside the Discord, you can open a private support ticket. Tickets are visible only to you and staff, and are usually the best way to:
- Ask questions about rules, roles, or server features.
- Report harassment, boundary issues, or safety concerns.
- Request help navigating conflict or uncomfortable situations.
Tickets let staff respond as a team, keep notes, and make sure nothing gets lost in DMs or scrollback.
Direct Messages to Staff
If you’re unable to open a ticket (for example, you’ve left the server or can’t see the channels), you can DM a staff member from the Discord list. Please include:
- Your Discord username and ID (if you know it).
- What happened, with dates / times if you remember.
- Screenshots of messages or behavior you’re reporting.
DMs are best for “I can’t even get into the server but something is wrong” or “I need to quietly flag something.” For anything ongoing, staff will likely move the conversation into a ticket.
Email & Collaboration
For collaboration ideas, technical issues with the dashboard, or other non-urgent topics, you can reach the maintainer via email:
circlebot@abdlcircle.com
Please don’t use email for crisis situations or urgent safety issues — those are much better handled through support tickets and Discord.
In Case of Crisis
ABDLCircle is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or emergency services. If you’re in immediate danger or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, please contact your local emergency number or reach out to a crisis line in your region. You can find suggestions on our Support Resources page.
